ART AND CRAFTS

 

One definition of art is “the expression or application of human creative skill and imagination, typically in a visual form such as painting or sculpture, producing works to be appreciated primarily for their beauty or emotional power.” Students will be given opportunities to express themselves through the following themes and methods. They will be encouraged to use their imagination and to produce works that are meaningful to them. Fun!

1. Silhouette Identity 2. Drawing basic shapes and 3 Dimensions 3. Watercolor basics 4. Texture and more!

We will explore different mediums and learn a little about the artist who used or created them.
