HIGH SCHOOL THEATRE

High School Theatre - Non-Musical Stage Production Class

This class is intended for students wishing to improve their acting skills or BEGIN learning to act. It will culminate in May with a traditional "Tech Week" 6:30-9:30 p.m. followed by 3 Nights of live stage productions!

Students will experience the fun of "break-a-leg" roses and the excitement of curtain calls!

You are guaranteed to have a meaningful experience!  If you are interested in theatre, this is the one class to take!

We will work on the play Twelve Angry Jurors. The play is based on Twelve Angry Men and explores a jury trial where all but one juror wants to convict the defendant hurriedly. The one who doesn’t helps persuade the others to consider the evidence they had not thought about. The ultimate question explores whether the defendant is guilty or not.
