Your child will gain knowledge of beginner watercolor skills! This class will help your children gain confidence in their watercolor art. We will learn watercolor basics, techniques that are unique to watercolor paints, color theory, and so much more. We will paint along with the seasons and holidays, with more projects in between!

We will also hold 1-2 Art shows during the year.

Beginner Watercolor is geared toward students who want to learn skills and techniques on how to make their art a beautiful, finished product. At the end of the year, each student will bring home their art supplies and a portfolio full of their amazing work!

Students will need to provide:

A pad of watercolor paper. (See link) This 6x8” size is perfect as most of our creations will be about 5x7” to make framing and displaying easy. This will be kept in the classroom for use.

This class is meant for mature, artistic kids interested in art.
