From prep to clean up, students will learn proper kitchen etiquette for cooking and baking!
They'll also learn:
How to read a recipe and bring it together
How measure correctly
Knife safety and skills How to cook on the stove and with an oven
The goal with this class is for students to start with simple meals (tacos or scrambled eggs), and then have the skills and confidence to take on more complex recipes.
Supplies needed:
Aprons are highly suggested
This is a 16-week (one semester) class.
Registration is open to students in 4th grade and up.
