This is a 16 week class.
Cooking, from prep to clean up. In this class students will learn proper kitchen etiquette for cooking and baking.Â
They will learn how to read a recipe and bring it together, how measure correctly, knife safety and skills, and how to cook on the stove and with the oven.Â
The goal with this class is for them to be able to make simple meals (tacos or scrambled eggs), and then have the skills to take more complex recipes (and have the confidence to make it).Â
Supplies needed:
-aprons are highly suggested
