Your child will need to bring a folder (to keep any printouts and scripts in) and a water bottle to class. They need to wear clothes they can move around in and shoes that will stay on their feet. Long hair will need to be in a ponytail or otherwise out of the face.

This year we will be following an acting curriculum with daily lessons. The kids will also be playing theatre games to become familiar with stage direction and acting/reacting to prompts, reading poems, and rehearsing skits. I will be printing out things from their lessons and things they will need to read on stage or memorize, which they should keep in their folders. There will be a recital at the end of the school year (on the last day of class, at their regular class time) to showcase what they worked on.

Some costumes and props will be supplied by the Theatre department. Other things may need to be supplied by students and parents.

If your child is going to miss a class please notify me as soon as you can.

A parent or guardian is required to attend the first 15 minutes of the first class with their child.
