(Prerequisite- at least 1 year of Vocal Performance with Mrs. Kaitlin or by auditioning for the class) 

Have you taken Vocal Performance already and are looking to take your skills even further? Have you participated in church or school choir and are looking for a new outlet? Do you want to become a more confident and well-rounded performer? If so, this is the class for you! Using the techniques we learned in Vocal Performance, we will tackle even more challenging material from Classic and Contemporary Musical Theatre and push the limits of your Triple Threat abilities. 

Some of the benefits from being involved in theatre include developing a strong sense of self, becoming a more flexible and adaptable person, bolstering your resilience, and learning how to accept and manage responsibility. You can expect this class to challenge you on these skills and more! 

This class will rely on your ability to practice at least 45 minutes each day outside of class time. There will be a “capstone” project presented at the end of the year. There is also a performance component each semester in which the students are expected to participate.
