Math 8/Pre Algebra is an engaging and academically thorough course that builds upon elementary math concepts to prepare students for algebra and further high school math studies. Students explore new math concepts including solving more complex equations, graphing, Pythagorean theorem, beginning geometry, systems of equations, calculator use, and operations with polynomials.

Homework:

Students will have between 2-4 lessons to complete at home each week. Each lesson includes a video lesson to assist with learning and incorporates logic puzzles, enriching activities, and exciting review problems that make math fun for your student. 

Placement:
