Mrs. Lacy Bucy was homeschooled K-12, and went on to get a Bachelor's degree in Humanities. She grew up in several theatre groups as an actor, stage manager, and director, and continues to pursue her love of the stage, both on and off.

She's worked as a Dog Groomer, Graphic Designer, and Youth Group leader, and throughout her time with The Center has worked the front desk, taught Cake Decorating, Clay Sculpting, Intro to Theatre, Theatre 101, Play Write, was the TA for Vocal Class, and co-taught Biology and Forensic Science. Phew!

Lacy now has a beautiful baby girl and is enjoying being a new mom with her husband Judah.

This will be Lacy's sixth year as the Theatre Director of The Cottage Theatre, with over 25 productions under her belt, and her second year as the Choreographer. She also returns as the High School Theatre and Middle School Theatre teacher.
