Pamela Baker
Assistant Executive Director

Pamela Baker is a graduate of the University of North Texas, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies (Generalist 4th–8th) with a specialization in Math and Science. She has served in education for many years, including six years as an Interpreter for the Deaf in an educational setting and seven years as a public school teacher.
After the birth of her son, Pamela made the decision to step away from public school teaching in order to be more present in her children’s education. What began as a desire to be actively involved in their public school education evolved into six years of homeschooling her three children.
Pamela and her family joined the Center community three years ago, initially as a homeschooling family. What began as parent involvement naturally grew into teaching, where she served in the classroom for two years. Today, she joyfully serves as the Center’s Assistant Executive Director while continuing to teach and invest in students.
She enjoys working with children of all ages and has found deep purpose in the Center's community. In addition to her work at the Center, Pamela spends significant time privately tutoring students in mathematics, helping them build both skill and confidence.
Pamela and her family love Jesus and are passionate about serving others in their church and community.
