Mrs. Tanya Stuart has been a homeschool mom of four for 20 years. Her three oldest children have graduated from the Center, and her fourth child will be starting his freshman year in high school this year, at the Center.

Mrs. Stuart graduated from college with a degree in Communications/Theatre. The Stuart family moved to Texas from California in the summer of 2020 and started attending the Center immediately. While in California, all the children were heavily involved in a homeschool music program. While in the music program, she taught recorder class for four years. Her students ranged from second graders to high schoolers.

Along with various co-ops, the family was also part of Classical Conversations, where she taught IEW for three years. Not only did she teach IEW at a Classical Conversations campus, but it has also been a curriculum she has used with her children since her oldest was in fourth grade.

One of the things Mrs. Stuart is passionate about is acting. She has worked professionally, on and off, as an actress for over 20 years. She currently spends her free time acting in community theatre plays.

This coming year, she will be teaching a variety of classes, and she is looking forward to the opportunity.
